Biography

Weng-Long Chang was born in Tainan County, Taiwan, Republic of China. He received the B.S. degree in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering in Feng Chia University. He received the M.E. degree and Ph. D. degree in Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, in 1994 and 1999, respectively. He is currently an Associate professor at the Department of Department of Computer Science and Information Engineering, National Kaohsiung University of Applied Sciences, 415 Chien Kung Road ,Kaohsiung 807, Taiwan, R.O.C.
